  The above valuation reports are supplied via email in protected PDF format featuring numbering of items, individual images, description and values.

  £145 per hour

• £290 Minimum fee for a home contents valuation visit. Pro-rata after two hours. (See below for Single items or selected objects)

• Travel charged at 45p/mile for the first 60 miles, (90p/mile thereafter)

• Fees are charged for time spent at the property and preparing the report

• No charge for travel time
